EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY.
Our policy is simple. You must e-mail us with a request for an RA (return authorization number) within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.Your return/exchange cannot be processed without this number. Return your merchandise in its original condition, for a full refund, excluding shipping costs (the exception is sale items which are clearly identified as no refund/no return). If you purchased any style of baby carrier, those items must be (unused, not washed) and include all of the original packaging, instructions, DVD, etc., in order to receive your refund. Shipping costs are not refunded unless it is the result of our error. In the event that an item is returned because of a defect, or the return is the result of our error, we will do everything we can to correct that mistake, or replace the item at our cost, if necessary. If you are pregnant, or the item is a gift, and you require additional time for an exchange, then simply let us know that at the time of your order. If you need to exchange an item due to size, obtainyour RA number, and simply return the item, and re-order through the web site if you so desire. All refunds will be credited back to the credit card account in the manner in which they were paid. Items purchased with gift certificates will be issued a store credit, only. Actual shipping costs will be deducted even if free shipping is offered on the item you purchase.

We highly suggest that if you are returning any item other than a diaper bag, that you utilize USPS Priority mail shipping, in the same manner shipped to you, so that you can obtain a delivery confirmation receipt.
REFUNDS.
All refunds will be credited to your account in the manner in whichthey were paid. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund if you received free shipping. You must obtain an RA number (return authorization) as indicated above. Please e-mail us directly with your request (see above).
SHIPPING COSTS.
We offer FREE SHIPPPING onorders over $40.00.Less than$40.00also ships USPS Priority Mail shipping, but for a $5.00 fee (this does not include international shipping. Please refer hereinregarding INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING).DIAPER BAGS,are shipped UPS ground; pricevaries based uponyour location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders received on our site, are immediately notified of a pending shipping quote (no payment is not processed), until we confirm the contents/weight of the order, and final destination.Please provide an accurate e-mail address; you will benotified of the cost of shippingyour items. Your items will not ship until we receive a confirmation e-mail from you that you agree to the cost of shipping said items. We typically ship via Priority Mail International Shipping. We do not necessarily ship the "cheapest" way, but thesafest, the most efficient for our business, and in a mannerwhere thepackage can be confirmed as delivered.
Your package may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order is shipped. These charges are therecipient's responsibility. Please note: If a package is returnedto usbecause the customer did not pay any appropriate duty fees, taxes, or other fees associated with the shipment, a refund will not be given and the items will not be reshipped.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER (U.S).
If your item isshipped UPS ground, you will receive a tracking number upon confirmation that your item has shipped. All items shipped USPS Priority Mail are shipped with a confirmation number, only, which you will receive. For USPS packages, we highly recommend that after several days, if your item has not arrived, that you utilize that tracking information to make certain that your package was not delivered to a neighbor, or your apartment complex manager, for example, which we have had happen. The delivery confirmation number shows the exact time of day that the item was delivered to your address. You can notify your mailman, and/or call your local post office, immediately, if it shows delivery, but you did not receive. We had one customer who waited 2 weeks before notifying us that she never got her package; by then, the postman could not remember where he mistakenly delivered the item.
IN-STOCK/OUT OF STOCK ITEMS.
We do all we can to keep the products advertised, in stock, and our inventory accurate. If an item is out-of- stock, it should say so, and you should not be able to put that item in your shopping cart. We have a high turnover with our inventory, and sometimes unexpected demand for certain items and sizes occur. On the rare occassion that an item may show availability, but is not in our inventory, we will attempt to contact you immediately, and either provide you with another selection, or immediately refund your payment.
PAYMENT METHODS.
We utilize PayPal to handle our merchant shopping cart needs. You can pay using your personal PayPal account, or if you prefer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, which is processed through a secure server to protect your account information. You may also pay via check or money order, although payment via check will result in a 7 day delay. If you choose to pay by check or money order, advise us immediately via e-mail of your selections, so that we can confirm availability of those items, and remove from inventory.
PRIVACY POLICY.
We do not share your name, or any other personal information with anyone. We utilize your information solely for the purpose of confirming your shipment, or via our own personal newsletter, or e-mail contact regarding sales, etc. We appreciate your trust, and we will not do anything to damage that relationship.
