I have never had such wonderful customer service in my life! I recommend to everyone who admires my sling come to this site. I needed my sling for the upcoming weekend. Saturday morning actually. I was hoping against hope that I would get it in time since I didn't order it until that Wednesday. I sent Duanne an email telling her how important it was to me and she responded by email and a phone call. She called to let me know that she would do her best and to let me know when it was shipped out. She was amazing! I was so thrilled when I got. I called Duanne to let her know that I received it in time and that it was beautiful. I got the Tokyo Hotsling. My daughter loves it. I use it in the store and at the mall. I actually use it everywhere. I absolutely love it. I even put her in it and wear it during church. She sleeps soundly in it the whole service. Now that she is a little older she enjoys facing forward. I have had so many compliments it! Thanks, Duanne!!! I am forever grateful.
